The Operations Administrative Support Specialist will assist with customer service workflows, inventory control, digital systems, content creation, and general business administration across all 5 Calhoun County laundromats. This hands-on role includes office duties and some remote tasks, contributing to a seamless job application process for potential candidates.

You must be comfortable with technology, organized, able to lift moderate weight (parts, vending items), and work both independently and under direct supervision.

Customer Service & Communication

- Process customer refunds

- Manage and update customer contact info, particularly for those using Calhoun County laundromats

- Help set up AI response systems for customer calls/messages

- Respond to customer concerns and reviews

- Handle basic social media activity (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

Inventory & Warehouse Support

- Set up and maintain parts-tracking and inventory systems

- Organize warehouse inventory: spare parts, equipment, tools, vending supplies

- Monitor vending machine stock and reorder as needed

- Fill and manage ATM cash levels (training provided)

Digital Systems & Equipment

- Develop SOPs for:

  - Camera systems

  - Alarm systems

  - ATMs

  - Vending machines

  - Other internal processes

- Scan equipment manuals into AI for maintenance schedules and parts breakdown

- Assist with basic video creation and editing

Office & Administrative Work

- Organize and maintain office files

- Track commercial leases, insurance, vehicle registration

- Update corporate books and vendor/contractor contact lists

- Post items for sale on eBay or Facebook Marketplace
