- Process customer refunds
- Manage and update customer contact info, particularly for those using Calhoun County laundromats
- Help set up AI response systems for customer calls/messages
- Respond to customer concerns and reviews
- Handle basic social media activity (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
Inventory & Warehouse Support
- Set up and maintain parts-tracking and inventory systems
- Organize warehouse inventory: spare parts, equipment, tools, vending supplies
- Monitor vending machine stock and reorder as needed
- Fill and manage ATM cash levels (training provided)
Digital Systems & Equipment
- Develop SOPs for:
- Camera systems
- Alarm systems
- ATMs
- Vending machines
- Other internal processes
- Scan equipment manuals into AI for maintenance schedules and parts breakdown
- Assist with basic video creation and editing
Office & Administrative Work
- Organize and maintain office files
- Track commercial leases, insurance, vehicle registration
- Update corporate books and vendor/contractor contact lists
- Post items for sale on eBay or Facebook Marketplace
